Specializing in various insurance types including boats, property, auto, motorcycles/ATVs/golf carts, and umbrella policies, Scott helps see customers are thoroughly covered. His favorite aspect of the job lies in customers’ peace of mind by providing top-tier customer service and helping see their needs are met with integrity. Outside the office, Scott finds joy in his marriage to his beautiful wife Michelle and raising their two daughters. An avid inshore and offshore competition fisherman, Scott and his family cherish their time on the water, embracing the serenity it brings.

  Vanessa Harris began her career in the insurance industry in 2020 and joined the agency in 2025 as a Customer Solutions Specialist. She speaks both English and Spanish and works with customers to provide coverage for Home insurance, Auto insurance, Commercial insurance, and Boat insurance. With a strong focus on service, Vanessa is committed to helping customers find insurance options that fit their needs while making the process as smooth as possible. Her favorite part of the job is relieving the stress of others by assisting them through insurance decisions with clarity and care. Vanessa brings a thoughtful and well-rounded perspective to her work, shaped in part by her background as a former ballet dancer and her travels to 11 different countries. These experiences have helped her develop adaptability, discipline, and an appreciation for connecting with people from all walks of life.

He assists customers with a wide range of coverage options, including Auto insurance, Home insurance, Renters insurance, Roadside Assistance insurance, Boat insurance, Landlord insurance, Condo insurance, Motorcycle insurance, and Motorhome insurance. Aden’s favorite part of his work is assisting customers toward the coverage that best fits their needs, while helping them feel informed, confident, and well protected every step of the way. A strong believer in loyalty and long-term relationships, Aden takes the time to understand each customer’s unique situation and priorities. His approach is rooted in clear communication and genuine care, allowing customers to feel comfortable and supported when making important decisions. In his free time Aden enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hitting the slopes and carving through fresh snow. He also has a passion for working on cars and tackling hands-on projects, bringing the same attention to detail and problem-solving mindset into his professional life. On the weekends you'll find him playing lead guitar for his hometown band.

Justin values consistency and follow-through, helping every customer feel supported well beyond the initial policy purchase. His favorite part of the job is the satisfaction that comes from developing long-term relationships with customers and being a reliable resource over time. Outside the office Justin plays rugby for the City of Jacksonville, bringing teamwork, discipline, and determination into everything he does. He also has a twin sister, a fun fact that often surprises people when they get to know him.

  Drew Zimmerman began his career in the insurance industry in 2021 and joined the agency in 2026. He sells Home insurance and Auto insurance and is fluent in both English and American Sign Language (ASL). Drew’s favorite part of his role is the meaningful, personal connection he builds with customers, as he helps protect their assets and the people they care about most. He takes pride in playing an important role in customers’ lives by providing assistance and helping obtain dependable coverage. Drew is an avid rock climber who enjoys the sport alongside his family, including his son Alex, who at just eight years old can already keep up with him. He also loves hiking and exploring waterfalls with his wife, finding inspiration and balance in the outdoors. Drew brings that same sense of focus, dedication, and teamwork into his work, helping each customer feel supported and well-protected.

  Renita Metcalf began her career in the insurance industry in 1999 and joined the agency in 2024 as the Operations Manager. With decades of experience, she brings strong leadership and a deep understanding of insurance operations while also selling Home insurance, Auto insurance, Umbrella insurance, and Motorcycle insurance. Renita plays a key role in keeping processes running smoothly and helping both customers and team members be supported. Her favorite part of the job is helping people understand where their money is going and how their coverage works for them. Renita believes that clarity and transparency empower customers to make confident decisions about their insurance. Outside of work, she enjoys line dancing, getting lost in a good book and traveling whenever she can, always appreciating the chance to explore new places and perspectives.

Fluent in both English and American Sign Language, Adam brings an inclusive and thoughtful approach to his work, allowing clear communication and understanding for every customer he serves. Adam’s favorite part of the job is informing customers about their insurance, helping see that they know exactly what they are purchasing and fully understanding the coverages they leave with. He believes informed decisions lead to better protection and greater confidence. Adam loves to sing and is a proud dog owner to five dogs, which keeps his life full of energy, music, and plenty of tail wags.

Fluent in both English and Albanian, Elijah helps a diverse range of customers feel confident and informed. He specializes in a wide variety of insurance products, including home, auto, boat, motorcycle, landlord, renters, and ATV insurance. He loves helping customers review what their insurance does for them and how it works. Outside the office, Elijah brings energy and variety to his life. He once competed as a semi-pro wrestler, showcasing the discipline and grit that still serve him today. Above all, he cherishes his role as a dad and loves spending quality time with his family. When he's in the kitchen, you'll often find him cooking delicious Greek food—from hearty moussaka to flavorful souvlaki.

She entered the insurance industry in 2013, gaining over a decade of experience helping people protect what matters most. In 2026, she joined our agency, where she now serves customers with enthusiasm and care. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Catalina assists with a wide range of insurance needs, including auto, home, renters, LLP, motorcycle, condo, flood, and more—essentially all types available. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with customers and helping them leave the conversation feeling better informed and more secure than when they started. Outside of work, Catalina loves to travel and explore new cuisines, dance with energy and joy, and cherish quality time with her family. She is always ready to help in a friendly, approachable way!

He takes pride in building real relationships with customers, making insurance easy to understand, and offering coverage options that truly fit their lives, not just their policies. Outside of work, Joseph enjoys spending time on the golf course trying to shave a few strokes off his game, watching or talking about just about any sport, and spending quality time with his family. If fishing is involved, even better, as nothing clears his mind like a line in the water and good company. He brings that same balance of focus, patience, and good humor into his work, with the goal of making the insurance process straightforward, stress-free, and maybe even enjoyable, while always providing dependable service and honest guidance customers can trust.
